Coaches can pick up registration packets and bracelets at the Sozo Sports Complex on Friday, May 14th from 5 pm - 7 pm. Special arrangements may be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org if teams can not attend Friday registration.
Yes! All participants need a player card to verify participants’ age and ensure that they are included on the team roster and have signed a liability release for play.
If you do NOT have a current card, the fees are as follows:
For Youth players playing on a youth team (U7-U18 and players who will turn 19 before June 5th, 2021,) the fee is $12.50.
Players under age 18 playing in an adult league (Men’s/Women’s/Adult CoEd) must also have a signed waiver by a parent or guardian.
For Adult players, the fee is $25. Adult cards are valid for all sanctioned tournaments in WA state from January - December.
If one team is not on the field at the sound of the starting horn/whistle for the start of the game or after halftime, the other team may take the ball down and score, even if it wasn’t their kickoff.
Forfeits/No Shows - 6 points will be awarded to the winning team.
Although this is rare, it can happen. We reserve the right to combined age levels.
Yes, there is a medical tent for injuries. In a severe case, 911 will be called to respond.
Costumes are highly encouraged as long as they are safe for play!
Yes, we have Limited RV space available for those who would like to dry camp. No water or electricity is available. The fee is $75 for the weekend, and permits must be displayed at all times. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am.
Yes, Sozo Sports Complex charges a $10 per day parking fee during tournament weekends. Please bring cash or purchase parking passes online before coming to the event. Weekend passes are available for $15 during the registration process. Parking Booklet Passes will be accepted. Proceeds from parking help us to maintain our non-profit sports complex.
Yes, there is a designated area reserved for teams to set up tents. No tents are allowed on playing fields. Teams are responsible for the cleanup of the fields after each game and in designated tent areas. Please do not leave garbage.
Teams can roster up to 10 players, but players may not be double rostered.
Unfortunately No. For our players, families, and guests’ safety, pets are not allowed in the sports complex (except for documented service animals.) Service animal owners must follow city pet leash and waste laws.
