About Yak Attack
Yak Attack is undeniably one of the most exciting and fast-paced 5v5 soccer tournaments in the entire Pacific Northwest! It’s an event that brings together teams from across the region for an unforgettable weekend of thrilling competition.
This year, we offer U9-Adults with jamboree, competitive and adult divisions.
Come join us for a super fun, weekend-long tournament where you can showcase your skills, meet fellow soccer enthusiasts, and experience the vibrant atmosphere. Whether you’re a seasoned player or a newcomer to the game, there’s something for everyone at Yak Attack!
Tournament History
The tournament has been going strong since 2006, so this year we celebrate its 20th anniversary!!
It is a 5v5 Tournament with games starting every 30 minutes. When the music stops and the buzzer goes off, PLAY Begins!
- 12-minute halves
- 2-minute break for halftime
- 3 games on Saturday
- Survivor Sunday
Other Information
One of the few RV Camping Tournaments left in the Pacific Northwest. We typically have over 250 RV Campers this weekend, so buy your RV Pass ahead of time to ensure a spot!
2026 Tournament Director: Chuy Rivera
This year we welcome Chuy Rivera as our 2026 Yak Attack tournament director! Chuy brings years of high-level coaching experience with Sozo FC, where he’s led multiple teams to top finishes including RCL Division titles, State Cup appearances, and major tournament championships like Surf Cup, Rainier Challenge, and Las Vegas Mayors Cup.
He holds multiple USSF coaching licenses (C License with B License in progress) and has a strong focus on player development, high-tempo play, and building competitive, disciplined teams.
We’re excited to have his leadership, energy, and experience guiding Yak Attack in 2026—it’s going to be a great one.
